# Quickstart

Get up and running with RubricHQ in minutes.

## 1. Sign in

Go to [app.rubrichq.io](https://app.rubrichq.io) and sign in with Google or email.

## 2. Create an Agent

Navigate to **AI Testing Agent** → **Create Agent**.

Fill in:

* **Name** — e.g. "Customer Support Bot"
* **Instructions** — the system prompt your AI agent uses
* **Model** — GPT-4o, Gemini, etc.
* **Voice** — choose a language and voice provider

## 3. Create a Scenario

Navigate to **Scenarios** → **Create Scenario**.

Define:

* **Caller persona** — how the simulated caller should behave
* **Opening prompt** — what the caller says first
* **Expected outcome** — what a successful call looks like

## 4. Run a Batch Test

Navigate to **Batch Runs** → **New Batch**.

Select your agent and scenarios, then click **Run**. RubricHQ will simulate each call and collect transcripts.

## 5. Review Results

Once the batch completes, open it to see:

* Pass/fail per scenario
* Full call transcripts
* Metric scores
