Quickstart
Get up and running with RubricHQ in minutes.
1. Sign in
Go to app.rubrichq.io and sign in with Google or email.
2. Create an Agent
Navigate to AI Testing Agent → Create Agent.
Fill in:
- Name — e.g. “Customer Support Bot”
- Instructions — the system prompt your AI agent uses
- Model — GPT-4o, Gemini, etc.
- Voice — choose a language and voice provider
3. Create a Scenario
Navigate to Scenarios → Create Scenario.
Define:
- Caller persona — how the simulated caller should behave
- Opening prompt — what the caller says first
- Expected outcome — what a successful call looks like
4. Run a Batch Test
Navigate to Batch Runs → New Batch.
Select your agent and scenarios, then click Run. RubricHQ will simulate each call and collect transcripts.
5. Review Results
Once the batch completes, open it to see:
- Pass/fail per scenario
- Full call transcripts
- Metric scores
